About the Author

At the AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) in New Delhi, Dr. Meharban Singh served as both department head and professor in the pediatrics discipline. He has been employed in the area of child health for the past 50 years. He is one of the most renowned author and pediatricians in the nation.

He founded the first WHO Collaborating Center for Training and Research in Neonatal Care in South-East Asia. He served as the Secretary-General and President of the National Neonatology Forum of India in addition to being the past president of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics.
