About the Authors

Latha Ganti, MD, MS, is Professor and Chair of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. She completed her medical education at the University of Missouri, Columbia, and residency in psychiatry at Indiana University, Indianapolis. She has published numerous articles and book chapters, and serves as a reviewer for several psychiatric journals.

Matthew S. Kaufman, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Duke University School of Medicine. He completed his medical education at the University of Virginia and residency in psychiatry at the Duke University School of Medicine. He has published numerous articles and book chapters, and serves as a reviewer for several psychiatric journals.
